About Me.
"The absence of judgment and expectations allows space for true potential"
I started working as a disability support worker at 15 in the Peel region of Western Australia. I kept this job until I graduated from Murdoch University in 2019. I earned a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on disability and substance dependency, along with a Bachelor of Criminology that focused on criminological psychology. After graduation, I became a program facilitator and delivered rehabilitation programs at a medium-security prison. While doing this, I noticed important gaps in society related to disability justice, environmental support, and childhood trauma. This experience inspired me to become a positive behavior support practitioner. I have four years of experience as an advanced positive behavior support practitioner and three years of experience providing clinical supervision and quality management in the NDIS industry.
